Who you are:

Reporting to the Product Director, you will be a key member of a very proactive, focused Production Department where you will help ensure that all the key objectives and targets are achieved. The position will require someone with vision, who is goal-orientated, highly determined, self-disciplined person with strong analytical, computer and interpersonal skills.

• Ideally a 3rd level qualification in Production Engineering Management or equivalent.
• You should have 3-5 years' people management experience in a complex ERP/MRP environment, including recruiting staff.
• Ability to analyse a large amount of data, look at the ‘bigger picture’ and make appropriate business decisions within production.
• Must be creative, flexible, be able to multi-task and have a “hands on” approach.
• Have appropriate PC skills consistent with such a position such as SSRS, Microsoft Access, Excel etc.,

Key Role Activities:

• Implementation and monitoring and of the Master Build Schedule. There will be a strong focus on delivery performance.
• Manage a team of Leaders/Supervisors ensuring that clear and concise direction is maintained.
• Achieve KRA's that are currently in place and propose others where necessary.
• Recruitment of Production Operators.
• Develop all production staff in excellent quality adherence.
• Ensuring technical compliance to all procedures.
