Secretary – Dublin 14 – Professional Services   

Our clients, a leading professional services firm is looking to recruit a Secretary on a permanent basis. This role, working to a number of partners will involve working as part of a team to ensure the day to day running and continued efficiency of the organisation.

If you are a capable, hardworking and professional candidate who enjoys multitasking and a busy environment then this may be the role for you. This is a permanent position.

Salary & Benefits:

· Salary DOE - €27,000 – €30,000

Responsibilities / Duties of the Secretary:

· Providing administrative and secretarial support to the partners, helping to manage daily workloads

· Scheduling appointments and management of partners calendars and diaries

· Occasionally acting as front of house; meet and greet of visitors or managing the switchboard to transfer calls of take messages where appropriate

· Typing and Dictaphone typing, photocopying, filing and mailshots.

· Updating and maintain the internal CRM system

· Organising all meetings which take place in the office and ensuring meeting rooms are adequately set up and equipped

· Preparing presentations for partners on PowerPoint  

· Booking travel, including flights, hotels, car services etc. and working with travel agencies when required.

· Performs Administrative duties, as needed.  (i.e., Sends Fed Ex packages, handles invoices; performs general office duties including copying, filing and faxing; and creation of documents.

Qualities of the Secretary:

· Excellent interpersonal skills; the successful candidate should be able to work with people of all levels, either as part of a team or on their own

· Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and prioritise work is a must

· It is important to take pride in your work and uphold high standard of professionalism

· Proficiency in MS Office

· Experience with Dictaphone Typing is very advantageous
