Sales Support Administrator
We have an exciting opportunity today for a Sales Support Administrator with one of our key clients in the Dublin 15 area.
Salary & Benefits
€26,000 - €28,000
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provision of high-level back office services to Key Account Managers and their customers.
- Internal Key Account Management as needed
- Provision of detailed account statements and analysis of billing and account data.
- Production of detailed excel spreadsheets and reports
- Data entry to registration system
- Dealing with incoming sales enquiries and follow up on same
- Customer service calls to specific customer groups
- Setting up customer direct debits
- Daily cheque lodgements, recording and scanning
- Maintenance of contract files
- Projects and ad-hoc requests as may be required from time to time.
- Ad hoc Reception Duties as needed
- Minimum education to Leaving certificate level
- Experience of dealing with customers on the telephone in a customer service or sales environment
- Proven experience of Data Entry requiring high attention to detail
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook & PowerPoint
