Part-Time Office Manager – FMCG Background

Here at Osborne we have an exciting opportunity for a Part-time Office Manager to join a growing organisation on a permanent basis in Dublin 4. This role is ideal for a hardworking and passionate candidate looking to become part of friendly and rapidly expanding organisation.

If successful you will be doing five mornings a week, ensuring the smooth running of day to day operations in the office. Ideally you will also have an FMCG background, be a strong communicator and have excellent attention to detail.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary of €30-35K pro rata
  • Part-time hours
  • Friendly team

Role and Duties:

  • Answering calls and meet and greet of visitors
  • Booking travel and diary management for Directors and Senior Management
  • Providing IT support for any issues that may occur
  • Administration support to the team
  • PA support to Directors
  • Responding to customer queries
  • Assisting with the induction of new employees
  • Other adhoc administration duties as required

Requirements of the Office Manager:

  • 3 years+ experience in a similar position
  • FMCG Experience essential
  • Excellent attention to detail and a highly organized person
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable in a fast paced environment
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Suite and solid general IT knowledge
  • Ability to multi-task and use your initiative to prioritise work
