Duties & Responsibilities


  • Processing and verifying new customer applications
  • Processing and verifying customer’s ID&V
  • Ad hoc administrative duties
  • Very strong computer skills as well as a good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and to tight deadlines yet maintain high consistency in standard of work
  • Excellent attention to detail is a necessity
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Work as part of a team



  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an office administrator
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Be highly organised with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • To be proactive, positive and responsible
